Chris is the best! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home and to help navigate the process. He answered any questions we had, moved very fast and efficiently, and he made it easy for us to concentrate on finding the home that WE wanted. Chris has connections with lenders, appraisers, contractors, other agents and so many people that when we needed something he always had contacts. Also, he is available 24/7 which is was very important to my wife and I was were looking for our home. He calls, texts, emails and gets back to you instantly. Chris also had backup plans - our first lender had some issues and he came back with ways we could remedy the problem with the other agents, and how to move forward. Plus, he cares about you and your family. Easy choice in my opinion. We would use him again and would recommend him to our family and friends so we'd recommend him to you as well.

Chris helped us sell our home in Thousand Oaks and buy our new home in Thousand Oaks as well. Chris sold our house without it ever having to go on the market through his connections at Pinnacle and their other agents - this was a huge win for us since we have 3 kids and didn't want to deal with scheduling showings and having people come in our home. Also, he helped us buy our new home and moved soo fast! He called the agents of the listed properties before they were even showing it to get us in and he was available to us 24/7 - email, call, text. I am sure we asked him too many questions but we never felt as though we were asking too much. Also, when our home purchase hit a few hiccups, he responded fast and worked with our lender and selling agent and their client to explain the situation and timelines and made it all work.
